Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy and are entirely open about our information gathering practices. Please take the time to review this notice which states our privacy policy.
For us to process your order, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, security code and expiry date. We will not collect any information about you unless it is specifically and knowingly provided by you. We do not store your financial details.
The information we collect will be accurate and up to date. You can check this at any time by contacting our customer services department. We will immediately correct any inaccuracies you report.
Your personal data is protected in the UK and Jersey by the relevant Data Protection Acts (the Acts'). 'The Acts' requires us, as registered Data Controllers, amongst other things to ensure that the data we hold about you should be processed lawfully and fairly.
It should be accurate, relevant and not excessive. The information should, where necessary, be kept up to date and not retained for longer than is necessary. It should be kept securely to prevent unauthorized access by other people.
Delivery Policy
Orders will be despatched within 48 hours after payment is successfully processed. Our standard charge delivery in the UK is £4.50 for post & packing. This charge does not increase with weight or volume.
Refund and Cancellation Terms
If you cancel the order before the goods have been dispatched, they will not be sent to you, and a you will receive a full refund if your payment has been processed. Please allow 5 working days.
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the product within 7 days of purchase and in a re-saleable condition, for a full refund. We do not refund the cost of posting the item(s) to you or for returning the item(s). Your payment card will be refunded on receipt of returned items, please allow 5 working days.
We highly recommend using a Recorded or Special Delivery service as we will not be able to refund items lost in the post. Please retain your proof of postage as this lists your Track and Trace reference.
