 Financial Recruitment Consultant
£25,000 - £60,000 OTE
Based: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
The view from our windows over rolling green fields to the distant hills should be reason enough to work at Opus Mitchell but there’s more on offer to a recruitment consultant with a financial background.
We have access to over 1,000 vacancies a month and we need someone talented in matching them well with our data warehouse of jobseeking candidates. We don’t cold call or hunt for business as our long term success means that we are now in the enviable position of having established customer relationships and plenty of work to keep us all very busy.
Based on our sound business foundation, we now have funding in place to expand quickly with a view to achieving an AIM listing soon. So we need bright individuals that are keen, ambitious and ready to grow with us and share in the success.
What’s critical is that you have a solid financial background. Whether its commercial or retailing banking, leasing, factoring or other money markets we need to know that you really understand the financial industry. In a perfect world you would also have recruitment or HR experience or maybe have worked in a people-orientated role.
