We currently have a number of Small Business Manager vacancies within Receivables Finance in Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester.

Job Purpose:
* To manage a portfolio of Customers using Factoring products. The Small Business Manager is responsible for the risk management of their portfolio within Credit Policy and their own levels of discretion.
* The Small Business Manager is responsible for the levels of service provided to the Customer ensuring that we provide a level of service applicable to the product and pricing of the facility provided.
* The Small Business Manager is responsible for extending Customer life, and therefore maximising income, by way of their ability to meet the needs of the Customer and the relationship they would have built with the Customer.


The jobholder will be required to have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the factoring product. This understanding must be sufficient to facilitate the full risk assessment of the Customers Facility.

Training likely to assist effectiveness in the role and may have been completed prior to undertaking this role:
* The jobholder will need to be trained in the Risk processes of Receivables Financing.
* Detailed understanding of customer produced Management and Audited financial information in order to manage the portfolio effectively.
* Effectiveness In the Role will include good negotiation skills, time management and prioritisation.
