Our Client is a Property Finance Division of a major UK Financial Institution.
Providing short-term funding to Commercial and Residential Property speculators the Division continues to enjoy rapid growth and is doing very well in the present economic downturn.

Role Purpose:

To take responsibility for the Division's  Sales Targets
To drive and implement the Division's Marketing and PR Initiatives


Accountabilities

To deliver annual sales targets
To provide strategic input in to the Division's planning and budgeting process
Manage, develop and coach the BDM team attending introducer and client interviews on a structured basis
To recruit train and motivate new staff, giving consideration to geogrphical expnsion as necessary
Proatively manage rthe bsales process driving forward the pipeline
Liaise closely with Underwriters to ensure conversation rates are achieved and monitor quality of deal proposals
