Project / Account Manager - Invoice Discounting / Factoring Software Systems Specialists

Our client specialise in providing the latest specialist operating systems to factoring companies across the world.  They are seeking someone from the invoice finance industry to bring their knowledge and experience of the sector to this unique role.

The duties and responsibilities of the position are as follows:

Project /Account Management of existing and new clients using the software.

Understand how the software works within the factoring and invoice discounting industry worldwide.

Build relationship with clients to understand their business plans and intended expectation for the software within their business. This may include occasional travel to visit client site.

Work with clients to plan the implementation of the software within their business, including the scheduling of appropriate software developments and training to meet Client requirements. 

Prioritise importance of requested software developments based on available resource and impact on client business.

Provision of testing and support for client related calls.

Provision of documented User Guides

If required, to provide training material and to give training sessions in areas about which you have gained some expertise.

To become more involved in the area of on site business consultancy.

To support any other members of staff to understand the product
