Our client is part of a multi-national banking organisation, seeking an individual with solid high net worth premier / private banking experience. The successful candidate will: Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of HNW clients, and referral partners (KBIs). Implement specific local competitive and aggressive sales/income campaigns and initiatives geared to achieving rapid but sustainable growth in interest and non-interest income and increased market penetration, and associated targets. Identify cross-sales opportunities across other areas of the bank. Assess the quality of lending proposals, analysing customer financial information, and establish with customers a sound and robust basis for agreeing local lending proposals in line with the banks and Risk Management guidelines. Prepare and submit for approval lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information. Basic salary is negotiable for the right candidate, guideline to circa £65Kk basic plus excellent bonus potential and benefits package, including car, pension, healthcare.
