Internal Sales / Account Manager - Commercial Vehicles

An excellent opportunity to join a highly successful division of a major UK Bank, in a role which will offer excellent long term career development.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager (Commercial Vehicles) this is an office based role serving the Transport, Logistics, Multi-hire and Coach & Bus markets from owner operators through to PLCs. A knowledge of these markets and the attendant assets is preferable.

Product suite comprises Instalment Credit, Tax and Non-tax based Leasing and Loan. Role is paired with a field based Business Development Manager with mutual targets (c£35m-£45m p.a.) and KPIs comprising Income, Fees, Margin and a spread of cross sales initiatives.

An understanding of financials and principles of underwriting are a pre-requisite of the role as are self motivation, product knowledge and the ability to work in an office based team.

Remuneration: £20k-£25k basic with an additional 20% o.t.e. and an uncapped escalator thereafter. Contributory pension scheme and generic Banking benefits.
