Commercial - Regional Agriculture Mgr Job Description . As part of our Commercial Banking team you will support the Head of Agriculture in implementing the strategy for the agriculture sector, working to achieve all aspects of the Region’s Operating Plan. In this key role you will be responsible for building the Bank's profile within the Agri-food sector and Agriculture community and will build profilic networks with key professionals, industry influencers and business introducers to generate new business. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills. You’ll also have extensive knowledge and experience of the Agriculture sector and Agri-foods industry within the Commercial and Corporate market. Having a successful track record of business development and deal structuring is also key. You will have previously held a senior management position and you’ll be a capable and credible leader who can inspire and get the best out of a multi-skilled and diverse professional team. You’ll have a resilient and focused outlook and be capable of working effectively in challenging conditions. The role will also require experience of commercial sales and risk management and you’ll take responsibility for the achievement of sales targets through outstanding customer service, adhering to the Bank’s key ethos of “Best Place to Bank”..
