Client Services Manager- Oxfordshire Our Oxfordshire based Client are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join their expanding team. It is essential that you have experience in the Invoice Finance sector coupled with a successful background in managing a team and Customer Service. Purpose of the Role Drives the team’s performance to ensure the agreed client strategy is delivered within agreed risk and service standards. Ensures the security and profitability of the Company is protected through effective credit control. Liaises with the Relationship Manager to fully understand and implement the agreed strategy. You must have experience in Managing a team in a financial services environment and have excellent Customer service skills. You must have an ABFA certificate and have at least 5 years factoring experience.
