Salary: c£30-36k basic +other benefits Job Type: Factoring Inv Discounting Location: South East, Thames Valley CLIENT MANAGER - Oxfordshire We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager / Client Manager to join anindependent owned Factor. Purpose: To ensure the security and profitability through efficient and effective management of a portfolio of clients To establish and maintain a professional and efficient relationship with there allocated portfolio of clients To ensure the security by installing reasonable & realistic credit limits and the monitoring of said limits thereafter. To produce a weekly report analysing all limits that are in place over client margins or credit reference recommendations to Client Managers & Senior Managers. To represent the interests of their company internally and externally To implement and maintain excellent standards of customer service To ensure that security is maintained at all times within the systems operated by the company Key responsibilities: To maintain and uphold the highest standards of customer service To ensure appropriate practices and procedures are followed to protect the security within the book To attend regular meetings with their company management team to communicate operations strategy and remain informed of business development To maintain client relationships through regular contact, verbally and by personal visits To review own teams sales ledgers on an agreed basis and follow up action decided upon during review Agree individual credit control systems with clients Monitor and review funding levels to agreed parameters, recommending changes where appropriate Achieve targets set for collection of client’s sales ledgers by way of telephone calls and letters To immediately report any concerns/difficulties regarding an account to the Operations Manager whilst also recommending a plan of action in tandem with recovery actions and security procedures. To understand and check legal and security documentation. To analyse financial information including Audited Accounts, Management Accounts, Financial Forecasts and Client information supplied by the Client. To review client performance regularly in conjunction with operations management and report in writing with regard to any remedial action To conduct regular meetings with their teams and be aware of their team’s activities on an on going basis To lead and develop their teams to achieve both business and personal objectives To use there understanding of the group and company strategy as a basis for both personal and business decision-making To ensure that best practice is both shared and implemented within their operating company You can apply for this job by clicking above or
