Business Development Manager - Fleet Sales

Our client is the business finance and leasing division of a High St Bank. You will be able to cover the Milton Keynes / Northants / Bedfordshire areas and have a proven background in face-to-face b2b sales, ideally in fleet or motor finance / asset finance and leasing.

Objectives

· Support the Region to achieve their annual Fleet Finance income target
· Maximise group income through supporting the management of the Region’s Fleet Finance customer portfolio and dehire activity
· Origination of new business via 5+ fleet sales and marketing strategies
· Join Relationship Managers on customer visits to provide coaching on Fleet Finance products, and assist them to secure additional income
· Influence and maintain a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction
· Minimise risk by operating within company governance requirements.
