Asset Finance / Leasing - Sales Manager, External Sales Team

Opportunities in the South West, North East and London

Our client is the asset finance division of a major bank. You will be an asset finance sales professional, ideally with man-management experience and the capabilities to lead an externally based sales force.

Your time will be split as follows:

50% Coaching Team members and assisting on deal structures by attending field days and carrying out regular reviews. Building relationships with the main Customers in the team. Creating a strong team culture of delivery, change and Innovation.

30% Driving and Leveraging the Bank opportunity by attending regular reviews with the Area Directors, assisting with industry focussed products and business banking Events.

5% Building the brand within the marketplace by driving relationships with KBI’s and Assisting growth areas and niche markets.

5% Assisting the Regional Sales Director with the regions sales strategy, team meetings, and other Regional issues. Devising a business plan in line with the general regions plan.

5% Liaising with Internal Sales, Risk, Legal and Asset Management to make sure The team are informed and involved with all of company policy changes/issues. Carry out regular interviews with high performers from our competitors

5% Relationships with recruitment consultants and be actively involved with all Regional recruitment.

Basic salary to £50k, plus excellent benefits and bonus potential.
