Agricultural Finance and Leasing Sales - East Anglia - Cambridge - Peterborough - Essex - Norwich

Our Client is the asset finance division of a major UK Bank, looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals with a proven background in asset finance and leasing sales, ideally with Agri-Finance specialism.

The key objective of this crucial role is to maximise the profitable growth of the Business Centre through the effective development of the given geographical area. The targeted growth will require close focus on increasing the volume of business, insurance penetration and on controlling the finance margin, whilst promoting the business’s philosophy of superior customer service.

You will work closely with Agri-Bank Business Managers, maintaining these relationships to gain quality business leads. You will also identify and target appropriate customers and maintain responsibility for all aspects of customer negotiation. This will include the identification of spending plans, selling appropriate finance and related insurance products and the creation of a long-term relationship. The role will also include submitting new business proposals to the Underwriting Department.

Previous asset finance or financial services sales experience essential. You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and used to competing against monthly targets, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and strive for excellent customer service.
