Agricultural Banking Relationship Manager - Lincoln - High Street Bank

The Agricultural Manager manages a portfolio of existing customer relationships, all of whom operate in the farming industry. Customers in the portfolio tend to be reasonably sized, fairly complex operations spread out across large geographical areas. You are primarily responsible for generating new business with existing customers, protecting the portfolio from attrition and maximising opportunities to develop new customers and grow the portfolio.

Candidates must have previous banking relationship management experience, ideally with heavy exposure to the agricultural sector.  To succeed as an Agricultural Manager you will be sociable and outgoing; preferring to work with others; but with an element of independence. You will also need to be driven, dedicated and determined to achieve/exceed goals and customer expectations. The role would suit someone who is calm and relaxed even under heavy pressure in demanding work environments.
